Temp to Perm
Many of our clients choose the option of evaluating a candidate for permanent staff positions. Through our competitive contract-to-hire (temp-to-perm) program, clients can eliminate up-front placement fees by benefiting from contractor services until they decide to convert the candidate to a permanent staff member.

This option offers a diminishing fee schedule, which is reduced based on the duration of the contract placement prior to the candidate's permanent placement.
